How to break and stop asking more question after answering the first question?

okay I want to ask the users for three numbers , and each number will be assign to a subject, math or English ... and from that chosen number I want to ask a yes /no question . for example if the user enter 1 then that math, I'll ask after that do you like math? if yes then an message will be print or no otherwise .
please let me know if you're not clear
