Problems with site permissions

There is one problem, I created a site on html and css, when I changed the resolution (the monitor for example changed) or brought the ctrl + mouse wheel, the <div> blocks change their location and move somewhere, I'm new in this business, and if anything, I'm sorry for the bad English

Hak Joker Sorry but how you think that we can help you if we cant see your code? Please post some code (and dont copy/paste it because its unreadable in this way) and maybe someone can help you
