I'm thirty years old. I had switched from sales to programming? What best ways for me to keep myself in the form. And studing programming every day?

if you dont wanna look like a German footballer you will have to make a plan how to achieve enough skills.

Anothet way would be a bet with a friend:
30 euler projects in 30 days
if you loose .... dinner on your costs

a paper on your desktop with ten reasons why you wanna code should do it too.
