How to not get discouraged as a newbie?

I'm just so overwhelmed by all the information I DON'T know yet and I tend to start things then get discouraged and quit. How much do I need to kmow to get a job?

Don't treat it something you have to do in --- time. Instead, do it for fun. That way, you won't be tempted to quit in between. Also, read this article:
