What is better?

Question

Now I'm a senior-to-be computer science student and I really need to improve my problem solving skills and algorithms. Now some advised me to finish CS50 course and others advised me to read "Introduction to Algorithms" book. Now I'm confused and I really need to know which is better for me and will help me improve myself.
