Depends on what do you want to do i think..css,html are two basic programs for aspect of a site and php,javascript etc. are for interactivity and dynamic of a website.Mysql,jquerry also are for a easier control and for easy management of tens or hundreds of files and documents.This is my opinion and maybe i'm wrong.

I would say HTML and CSS first and then JavaScript and the others depending on what you want to do

it's depend on your attitude and aptitude
even if you don't have aptitude for it and your attitude to it is high on the positive (emotional quotient E.Q.) you will find it easy
