You are using the wrong symbol. The correct symbol is 2 "<" (less than), not "«".

So it is cout << "Hello";

NOT cout « "Hello";

two left or right carrots or less than/greater than signs in math. e.g. cout << or cin >>

human to get this,
touch on sym and then touch on 1/2 and if there is nothing like this then there is a symbol board right on the down edge of c++ in ur moblie
