how do i get libraries like requests and beautiful soup to work on android (probably through qpython) and no i dont have a laptop

Use something like Heroku, I'd imagine. Although, the reward would more-than-likely not be worth the effort. My advice: Get a laptop. I see no valid reason to limit yourself to a smartphone.
