What do you think would be better for coders freelancing or working for a corporation?
I'm pretty sure it kinda depends on the skill level a bit, but what if you're new to the world of programing?

That's mostly up to you. upwork.com is a place for freelance programmers, and in my opinion, is great for someone who has things preventing them from engaging in a full-time job (ex. location limitations, exclusively short term projects, avoiding management, et cetera). However, this can be risky as the pay isn't as steady, and there's no guarantee on getting a client.

I personally do have a location problem, but maybe I might gain more experience when working for corporations?

You could potentially work remotely. There are plenty of listings on stack overflow, many marked as remote. If you're looking for a steady corporation job, start there; if you're looking to get engaged with a more dynamic job, then freelancing might be for you.
