What is camel casing in context to css. What it has to do with React.js

Question

React js has it's own virtual dom which uses jsx( which is similar to html). While adding inline css attributes to jsx only camel casing is allowed. What's difference between camel casing and nornal css?

Let's say you wanted to change the "font-size" of an Html element

Normal CSS

font-size: 20px;

Camel-case.
==========
fontSize: 20px

CSS makes use of " - ", while camel-case, capitalises the first letters of words, excluding the first.
