To use this <video> tag, you must declare a html5 doctype, and forecast different encoding version of your video file, because all browsers doesn't support all... ( search for reference about <video> tag in web site like MDN or W3C )

Else ( if you want avoid html5 <video> tag ) you'll must search for embeding flash video player plugin ^^
