Can I master all type of programming and coding and designing?

If you are ready to put in the effort, give what it takes, you can attain PROFICIENCY, in most programming paradigms.

But NO ONE can MASTER all types of programming.

Like the old saying goes
"Jack of all trades, master of none"

I wouldn't bank on all. That's a lot of material that keeps on changing and expanding. And I don't know what your definition of mastery is, but it doesn't hurt to try.
