Do you want to do Microsoft things or Amazon things?

I want to do it mostly for Data analysis

That's fine, but I think choosing which flavor of SQL to use depends more on what service you want to use to house your database. If AWS, use PostreSQL. If Azure/Cloud, use MySQL. It's not like an epic fork in the road. It's more like adapting to the situation.
(Edit: They are both technically clouds, so I should clarify that by Cloud I meant OneDrive.)

That's a descriptive answer. How good is the interchangeability between MySQL and PostgreSQL??

If you're studying to attain a Masters, wouldn't you want to be a master? The nice thing about SQL is that the implementations don't deviate much from the standard (unlike a lot of other situations). Learning both MySQL and PostgreSQL should not be too difficult. The SoloLearn tutorial is in MySQL. Not sure if that helps, but ultimately it's your decision. âș
