I suggest you CSS for decoration and JavaScript for logic part (PHP too)

It depends on what you're interested in doing. Since you've done HTML, if you're interested in going down a more web-development type route, I would suggest maybe CSS or JavaScript. If you want to do something completely different, you can try: If you're interested in mobile app development: Java, Swift, and Kotlin are good ideas. If you're interested in game development maybe: C#, C++, Java, or SQL If you just don't know, you can just pick a language at random and see where it takes you, although if you're going to go down an object-oriented programming route, I would suggest learning python first since it is widely regarded as a good introduction to those concepts, and just coding in general.
