I don't understand the "get" and "post" or even action . Whats the use ?

post is sending information to the server ( like filling in the search field and hitting the search button). You will send a query to the server.

If you click the link you do a get:
https://www.google.com
If you fill in the field and hit the search button, you doing a post. Using the search button is an action.
