It's not a question of keyboard, but just encoding: the problem exist with all inputs, not only keyboards, but files, and any textual flow.
Solve these brain teaser is very dependant of platforms and implementations of unicode ( utf-8 ). For more to more, unicode will retrieve the problematics, but computer ecosystem isn't yet clean... Especially on msWin OS ^^ ( on shell programs, this is still often advised to fix it simply by used only basic ascii range and avoid specials and accented characteres Oo )
