I have never used Bootstrap, but to use it you will need a basic knowledge in HTML and CSS

When you say Oracle, do you mean Oracle SQL? In that case, yes, it is good to know. SQL is used to manipulate databases .

Wordpress, it depends on what kind of webbdeveloper you want to be, but to be good in using wordpress you need to have good knowledge in PHP 🙂
