Creating simple Animation

Question

So I want to create a small animation for my girlfriend as a kind of a thank you and appreciation note. Yes, I know there are a lot ways to show appreciation but I'm doing this because she is a computer science major and she loves coding a lot.
Anyway, I've been learning html, javascript and css but im not an expert on this so my question is how and where do I start? Im not in any rush so it can take a month or three, I just want it to be nice. Thanks in advance

just start experimenting with the animation lessons youve learned and look at other peoples codes to learn more about it and then finally start making an idea of what youre gonna make and make it
