is it possible to be a freelancer using all these solo learn skills, to master them and creat a solid profile?

Mastering languages is extremely difficult. There is so much library codes, you might never need, it isn't worth the effort. I spent 33 years coding C++ and never even got to expert level in my mind. I only know and used a tiny subset of the libraries. Knowing what exists and looking it up to use is fine. The more important mastery is the knowledge of designing and building massive systems. You can look up the programming language or libraries on the web, but organizing 300k or more lines of code is the art that isn't taught very well and pays the biggest money.

Yes, I have friends who only handle a few languages and tend to work constantly as a freelancer. In any case, mastering 12 languages is a complicated task, I consider it a better choice to focus on a specific area.
