i don't know c++,
Can i learn java if i don't know c++?

Yes you can :)
Knowing C++ is helpful but it's not a must.

Follow SoloLearn lessons or any free online tutorial to get some elementary skills (variables, loops, conditions).
Later you have to think what is your main aim. Game programming, mobile, business, network apps, embedded systems stuff or anythinng you wish. It would be good idea to find on youtube some tutorial in your direction and follow it, but basics first :)

download learn Java app and start learning ,you can watch video and buy a book .after Learn basics, Download ide and make some practise

There are many books and online courses such as SoloLearn where you can learn by yourself. You can always take a boot camp or class, it's really your approach towards learning a new language.
