Please change math related challanges

Question

I keep loosing math related challanges simply because it takes way too long to understand the sometimes stupidly overcomplicated math tasks. Please add the option to remove the timer on these. Contestants should be punished for their lack of knowledge, miscalculation, or misudertanding and not for their lack of speed.

I do not agree. A part of the skill is speed and agility. A fast coder is better than a slow coder. It may be hard to face, but it is the truth. The faster you can answer the questions, the faster you understand the concept, the more knowledgeable you are about the subject. The math is not that complicated, only addition, subtraction, and maybe once a multiplication above the number 100.

I would actually like some coding questions about fourier series or the similar :D
