From where to start again ?

hey guys i need your opinion here , 8 mounth ago i was able to work with php & mysqli to make web pages and i stoped to code for some reasons, now that i've started to code again i can't really remember anything from what i've learned in thz past year , so i neee youe advice i don't know from where to start again , and should i learn php from the start or change it with another language , btw for now i want to make some apps for boths PC and Android . and thank you all ^^

Do start afresh to learn and try to remember what u still can, but there is always something new to learn

Start learning the course again. By viewing the context you'll remember everything you learned in past.
It is always good to learn as many language as possible. But if really need to start coding for PC and Android, php would be the least useful language unless you want to create a webview app or software.
I recommend learning JAVA and C#.
