What is best program for HTML and CSS coding?
Brackets? VS Code?

There are different softwares on the internet. Each has its own functionality.
In my opinion VS Code is the best. I've used Notepad++ as well.
But nothing is like VS Code.

I used to love atom a lot, but it takes too much time to launch when you install some packages. I think the "best one" right now is vscode.
