After c++ which language is better to learn?

c# is for windows applications.
python is portable and you can use is for several things like data mining.
java is cross platform and is good for web and mobile and desktop applications.
for web application php and asp.net is better.

In my opinion c# is good, but JavaScript is my suggestion, its enough to see stack overflow jobs to understand js precedence.
