https://learnpythonthehardway.org This s a free online book (hardcopy needs payment) and it has a very nice flow in getting you to know what you are doing.
https://inventwithpython.com Also online but it is a series of various books with a theme so if you rather learnt python to make games, for example, this site is good for you.
Finally go to https://goalkicker.com/PythonBook it is free and it serves as a documentation of sort. You can later use the real documentation from https://docs.python.org/3/ when you are more than a beginner.
If all else fails just google it, I found a lot more free resources (books and websites) when I was learning Python but these were some of the easiest and best for understanding what is going on.
