hey guys! Do i just need to learn html and css for becoming a web designer and developer? if anything else please tell me. thankyou

You also need javascript for effects and communication with pages and users.
And after html/css/js you need some bonus tools like bootstrap, css grid, git, less, sass, jquery and so on.
