personally, I use a swedish book that is meant to be used for complete beginners, but if I had to choose, I would use:

or
http://www.cprogramming.com/tutorial/c/lesson1.html .

They explain really well and comes with a window so you can try and program/run your code right away! Super-easy and good for complete beginners. The others I haven't looked at that well. And which resources to use also has to do with PREFERENCE, since we all learn in different ways. try different resources/webpages, and se what works for you!
