Diff between void main and Calc

What is the difference between void main and calc and compute. I am just learning.

void main is the thing in java that contains all the instructions of your program in java and itsca must in your program.Similary void Main() present in C#.
But i dont know about calc and compute. Maybe they are just user created functions in a programme
