Sololearn bug

Question

Yesterday I opened SoloLearn and my streak started from 1 although I have opened it before that day. I have complained to SoloLearn yesterday. They said they will reach me. But today when I opened it today it showed that I am on 2 day streak. Why they have not fixed it yet? I request you to please fix this issue and return me my streak.

Did you have internet connection?

It may not be a bug, it depends on your time zone as to when your day starts. Eg I'm Australian EST and my Sololearn day starts about 10am. If I logged in at 9am one day, but then waited until 11am the next day, my streak would restart.

I'm currently around 350 day streak so don't think there is a bug.

AYUSH GUPTA If you took more than 24hrs to go back like the example I gave, you broke your streak and have to start again.

yes on that day i got notification from sololearn also that someone has started following me i have liked his codes or posts(i am not clear but i have liked among these two)
