after learning C/C++, Java, Haskell, Pascal, and Algorithms.
What else do I need to be a software developer?

I would also suggest you to learn SQL. And it would more nice to add to your resume. and you have a lot of knowledge by know this languages.

I agree with Alexandra, learning a database language such as SQL is a must. Otherwise id say you know a decent variety of languages Id start building solo projects for your portfolio.
