I want to make my website in google

You have to create a website using HTML (and CSS, JavaScript, PHP or anyrhin you want). Then you have to publish it. Search for "Free website hosting" on google and make an account on some of the found companies. Than you need to upload your source files into it (you should see some instruction there). Once your page is published, google will find it.

Well, depends on the web host. If they are good, they will offer to submit your site to search engines to crawl and index your site. (Provided that being searchable is what you meant by your question.)

If you literally wanted to make your website in Google, Google does have something called Google Sites.

you build the website first (backend, frontend). after that youll need a domain and hosting, as Jan Štěch said there are some free hostings, finally you upload your website and you’re done
