Welcome to Sololearn! I would recommend going to the Sololearn lessons and starting Python, which is very widely used and very easy and is the easiest and simplest programming language. They start off very slowly, so it will be easy to learn. Python is my favorite language. 😄
Once you learn some Python, you will understand how programming works better. Then decide if you want to do more programming, or go to web design. Web design consists of HTML and CSS and JavaScript. Web design is not really programming, but you can make some pretty amazing things with web design.

hello i think to the best language for a beginner is the c because je vas all the fundamental for make a game but if you don't want create a game you can learn html and css
