[Code Counstruction] What are the basic programs?

Question

Can anyone suggest me some basic programs? I am going to make a web code with a collection of basic programs to help beginners have an idea and improve their coding skills by simply creating basic programs that is on my upcoming code.

Here's the list I already think to add on my collection so that you could have an idea which one would you suggest and so far this is what I've found after searching codes:
- Bubble Sort
- Odd or Even
- Guess the Number
- Palindrome (Check if text is palindrome or not)

Remember: Just a simple and basic programs for beginners.
