How to motivate myself to master programming skills and learn new languages?

By asking this question I mean: Do you know motivational articles, interesting jobs or educational opportunities? Maybe something else? Please, write below all your thoughts. I will be very glad and grateful.

Try to find in which domain you are interested, ex: if you like web designing then you may find html, css and other interesting. Start to work on that. Since every domain gets new things and will be evolving this may make you learn new things once you know basics. Lastly try to work on thing you are interested, you will end up making new things from that. Happy coding.
