What IDE is best to use for this program?

Question

What IDE can i run this problem on if i wanted it for my own personal use? I tried using Eclipse but it gives me all types of errors as if this is the wrong language to use with Eclipse.

I'm a newbie so excuse me if I sound confusing.

I personally like NetBeans. It supports Java, C/C++, PHP, HTML5 and JavaScript.
