Android is open-source. Find its repository on github, find the framework version you are using, edit it, pack it and install on device. Or find the package inside the root of your device.

Jingga Sona Its not illegal (while you respect copyrights) but it invalidate warranty

It is open source as OS. Unfortunately drivers are closed for some devices. Also manufacturer could prohibit to install package that is not properly signed.
