I'm a beginner programmer and I need to know how to create a website. I already know HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Do I need to know any other lenguage? How do a I create it?

I think you need to get domain and hosting... there're a lot of offers on web, it depend what you want free hosting or maybe pay... you need to decide... if you do this, then watch a tutorials on YT it will be really helpful ;) search for example "How to host my webpage" :)
