I want to be a good programmer were to start

first you need to being a bad programmer :P Choose any language you want. I would recommend starting with HTML -> CSS -> JavaScript -> JQuery -> PHP. then you can choose any other language.

I'd say you get a pretty good start with these SoloLearn courses to every language available here. Do them all first and then pick the one that felt most interesting to study further. Later on you'll probably start digging deeper to others as well.

I would focus on one language. learn it, live it, love it. programming is more than just remember semantics and syntax, it's about the application and methodology of problem solving. I would say stick with c++ but learn modern c++ once you've covered the basics. it will take s lot of time and it will be confusing at points but c++ has so much to offer you'll be able to touch everything to do with programming. analytics, file systems, computational thinking, etc. again, it takes a while, I've been programming c++ since I was 12 and I'm still learning. well all are. that's the beauty of c++ and programming in general, you never finish learning
