Is there anyone here who can explain how challenge ⚡ works and give details and rules about it.. thanks for your responses guys 🙏

Click on the lightning, select the language in which you want to be playing (java, python [...]), click on random opponnent or a low leveled opponent if you want the challenge to be easy and answer the five questions. Once your opponent has done the same, the winner gains the xp of the challenge and both gain xp depending on the correct/wrong answers (you can lose xp has well). Enjoy :)
