What is the Best language to create ecommerce or social media apps nowdays?

I have just recently started to learn programing languages, I thought I need to know java to create android apps but then I found out that there are many other languages you can use nowdays to create apps. I wanted to know what would be the best language to create an app for future with. Is it Java, Kotlin, Js or any other?

For android applications, Java, C++, C, (Native) is implemented in a broad scale.

Additional you can develop android applications in HTML, CSS, JS & PHP. But this will be very limited since you can't create widgets, push notifications etc. etc.
