Yes, even you've got courses offline ( data are stored independently in individual apps and all-in-one app -- download course for use offline on individual, will not give access offline to it in all-in-one, and reciprocaly ): I do it... with a few fear, testing first on short SQL course, and finally I uninstalled all the individuals without troubleshouting :)

Yes it is fine. All the information is stored on your profile in SoloLearn's database, so you won't loose any information.
