I save file as .exe and it wont open the error pops up... "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction."

Why do you want to save it as .exe? Such files are produced by the compiler in c++.

You don't save your c++ project as an .exe, Branimir you open it in IDE where you wrote the c++ code, and compile it. The result is the .exe you seek..
