[Suggestion] FAQ section in App itself...
I think there should be a FAQ section in app itself which should carry a list of general and commonly asked questions and should b updated regularly.... This will also help moderators in sorting duplicate or commonly asked questions...

Louis My only concern is this to bring down that Faq section from website to app itself....
Atleast they can provide an icon on the app which can divert the learner to website

Thanks, Satyendra Singh !
If it means I get more reporting options than:
- This is inappropriate for SoloLearn
- It's spam, a scam or a fake account
- This account may have been hacked
- It's something else
I'll gladly consider the additional responsibility. :)
Or SoloLearn can help existing moderators cut down on their work by marking certain community answers as "Moderator Certified" or something (provided the answer doesn't get altered afterwards, etc.) otherwise I think the poster is the only one who can see who gave the up votes (and sometimes they get consolidated in the notifications).

I'm grateful for the existing FAQ page, though it is fairly limited and bears some updating. I try not to inundate the info@sololearn.com inbox, but I couldn't help suggesting that they explain the PRO subscription in it after they rolled it out -- seemed to be within scope.

Then you can use the Feedback option from within the app or e-mail SoloLearn directly at info@sololearn.com.
This will help keep the focus of the Q&A section on answering questions related to learning how to program.

I empathize with you, but that's what moderators are supposed to be for.
