When will Bootstrap course be available to learn with certification?

I am learning web development from sololearn and looking forward for bootstrap and all other recommended courses to learn about web dev with certification.

This would be cool. I'm not sure they would do it for the existing Bootstrap 3 course but it would be great if they released an official Bootstrap 4 course with a certification.
