We should be able to report questions in challenges

In the new challenges there have appeared some ridicule questions that are impossible to answer in the amount of time you have, but when voting submissions, you can just plug the code into a compiler. The problem is we don't have any way to erase this questions.

The sololearn's moderators/developers do check the answers before they are released and they sometimes leave behind comments telling users what to improve on or they modify the question before approving it.

There was also questions with wrong answers. By accidentally or not, I agree that DILIKE is not enough, I hope there is somone who checks questions before they are released.
