Delphi and python are two different languages. while Python uses dynamic type system , Delphi has a strong static type system. Python is interpreted language and it's interpreter is mainly of two flavours:CPython(the most widely used one) and JPython. Whereas Delphi is from object Pascal language . it specialty is that it can be used to access hardware and low level programming.

Well one thing I can say is that python is easy to learn. But Delphi is not for beginners
