Can i learn c++ without knowing any programming language? If yes then how?

Yes you can. By following the C++ tutorials in SoloLearn :>

Code Playground aside, it would also be a good idea for you to have a functioning desktop with an IDE installed so you may test out the sample codes provided in the tutorials.

For C++, IDEs like Dev-Cpp 5.11 and CodeBlocks are recommended. You may look around for one which suits your preferences.

Why not you ask yourself how did you learn english in the first place without knowing any languages when you were young? Its the same thing! If you keep procrastinating with questions and doubts, you are never going to get anything done.
