you asked about easiest language not best language, so I think easiest languages for android programming are python and kotlin(Kotlin was recently introduced as a secondary “official” Java language. )these are easiest than java, but JAVA IS THE BEST;)))

kotlin syntax is easier then java but i gonna say java is easier because you can find millions of sample code and tutorials for java
however you can easily convert java to kotlin and reverse in android studio.
