Help editing old Clarion software

Question

I know my way around a computer but have no experience in trying to make changes to old business software. The company I work for assigned me to change a “multiplier” in the program. I have no idea how to even find it or exactly what this multiplier was called. The guy who programmed everything long ago is gone. What needs to happen is this, our sales department puts together an order based on custom built fuel tanks. There are a thousand different parts. When they select each piece the software automatically multiplies the cost of the part x3. It needs to be changed so it multiplies the cost x5.
I know we have to revamp our software but they aren’t ready to do that so I’m stuck with this assignment and no idea how to find it.
