There is not the best language. It depends on what u interest and what u wanna learn.
But if u wanna study the easiest and simplest language, I recommend Python. I think there would not be other language easier than Python. Lrt me recommend with my experience. :-)

I think U can go for..HTML...and CSS as both of those are used for front end development

Well, what are your plans? If you want make a website, take HTML. For Games I would learn Java or C++.
